Terms and Conditions

The five winners of Sensations tickets will each receive two Regular tickets. These winners will be the five SOS users to have generated the most new SOS accounts through using the ‘Invite Friends’ function in their SOS ‘My Account’ sections.

An announcement will be made indicating these winners on or around 10 July 2012 at 9.00 a.m. (GMT +7) on www.facebook.com/symbolsofstyle A personal email declaring them as winners will also be sent to the email addresses with which they created their SOS accounts.

SOS reserves the right to only give out prizes to those who Like the Symbols Of Style Facebook page (www.facebook.com/symbolsofstyle), invite their friends to join SOS using the ‘Invite Friends’ function in their SOS ‘My Account’ sections, and share and tag the SOS Facebook page on their personal Facebook walls.

In the event that a successful winner of the contest cannot be contacted at the email address indicated on his/her registration page, or, on informing the selected winner of their success, he/she does not reconfirm by 6.00 p.m. (GMT +6) on 17 July 2012 by emailing a copy of their identity card or passport, SOS reserves the right to withdraw the prize.

Only Sensations tickets for the Bangkok event on 18 August will be awarded and no substitutions or redemptions will be made, except at SOS’s sole discretion in the event of unavailability for any reason.

Expenses not specifically stated above, together with the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from acceptance or use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner of that prize./p>

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winners within Bangkok must collect their prize from: Symbols Of Style Co., Ltd. 34/3-4 5th Floor Soi Akkapat (Thonglor 13) Klongton Nua Wattana Bangkok 10110. Products will be available to collect from 11 July onwards between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday–Friday.

Winners outside Bangkok will receive their prize by courier service. Expect the product to arrive within seven days of 11 July 2012. Where possible we will let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date. SOS shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from late delivery. Please note that we do not compensate for late delivery.

SOS reserves the right to change the prize or conditions without prior notice.

SOS assumes no responsibility for any entries that cannot be processed for any technical reason and further reserves the right to cancel this contest if it becomes corrupted because of technical issues and/or unauthorized human intervention.

SOS expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prizes awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. SOS will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
