The Winner will be selected at random from those who:
The winner of this promotion will receive a three-night stay for two people in a Deluxe Pool Villa including Champagne Breakfast at X2 Kui Buri. An announcement will be made indicating the winner on or around 9 August 2012 at 9.00 a.m. (GMT +6) on http://www.facebook.com/symbolsofstyle A personal email will also be sent to the winner at the email address provided on registration.
If the winner wishes to use the prize over a Saturday night, he/she must pay a surcharge of 2,600 THB to X2 Kui Buri. This payment must be made at the time of check-in.
Reservation must be made at least seven days in advance. At the time of making your reservation, please state the voucher number. This voucher must be presented at check-in.
The prize is valid from 15 August 2012 until 15 February 2013 excluding 24 December 2012 until 10 January 2013. The voucher cannot be replaced if lost and cannot be extended beyond the date of expiry.
SOS reserves the right to only give out prizes to those who Like the Symbols Of Style Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/symbolsofstyle) and the X2 Resort Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/x2resort)
In the event that the winner of the contest cannot be contacted at the email address indicated on his/her registration page, or, on informing the selected winner of his/her success, he/she does not reconfirm by 6.00 p.m. (GMT +6) on 20 August 2012 by emailing a copy of his/her identity card or passport, SOS reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
A three-night stay for two people at X2 Kui Buri will be the only prize awarded and no substitutions or redemptions will be made, except at SOS’s sole discretion in the event of unavailability for any reason.
Expenses not specifically stated above, together with the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from acceptance or use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner of that prize.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winners within Bangkok must collect their prize from: Symbols Of Style Co., Ltd. 34/3-4 5th Floor Soi Akkapat (Thonglor 13) Klongton Nua Wattana Bangkok 10110. The prize will be available to collect from 9 August 2012 onwards between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday–Friday.
Winners outside Bangkok will receive their prize by courier service. Expect the product to arrive within seven days of sending your confirmation email including a copy of your ID card/passport. Where possible we will let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date. SOS shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from late delivery. Please note that we do not compensate for late delivery.
SOS reserves the right to change the prize or conditions without prior notice.
SOS assumes no responsibility for any entries that cannot be processed for any technical reason and further reserves the right to cancel this contest if it becomes corrupted because of technical issues and/or unauthorized human intervention.
SOS expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prizes awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. SOS will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
