Call Customer Service at +66 (0)2 712 5713 (lines open 9.00–20.00 Mon–Fri and 9.00–18.00 Sat–Sun) to inform SOS that you wish to return the purchased product. Provide your name, order number, and the date of the order.
For confirmation, please send an email to support@symbolsofstyle.com with details of your order and, if possible, an electronic copy of your payment confirmation.
Within 7 days of the date that you send an email saying you wish to return the goods, our Customer Support Staff will contact you to let you know whether or not SOS agrees to accept the return.
If SOS agrees to accept your return of the product, you have the option of either sending the product back to SOS yourself, or asking SOS to pick up the product from you. The fee for picking up a product for a return that is not due to SOS error (e.g. damaged, defective, and wrong items) can be viewed in our Logistics Rates, which will be deducted from the refund.

The decision on whether or not to give a refund and how much the refund shall be, is made when SOS receives the returned product, and is at the sole discretion of SOS. Please note that we do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear or cosmetics unless you received damaged, defective or wrong items.
